Warranty: All products carry a limited one-year warranty.

Returns: Will accept returns on unimprinted orders - 10% restocking fee.Return authorization required; within 45 days from shipment date.

Rebate Policy: High Volume Rebate is available for any sales at $5,000 or above. Orders that received special pricing are ineligible.

Cancellation Policy: Orders subject to as much as a 10% cancellation charge, plus any miscellaneous charges incurred by the factory prior to cancellations.

Claims: Must be made no later than 90 days after ship date.

Overruns & Underruns: The factory reserves the right to ship up to +- 5% of the quantity ordered and customer will be invoiced accordingly.

ART REQUIREMENTS

Software: Artwork has to be created in Adobe Illustrator 9.0, Adobe Reader 6.0, Adobe Pagemaker 7.0, QuarkXPress 4.0, or AutoCAD 2002 .

Extension: Please submit your files as EPS files.

Fonts: All fonts must be included. Please submit screen fonts and printer fonts or convert type to outline.

Artwork via E-Mail: Artwork can be sent via E-Mail to artwork lindaent@ms25.hinet.net Please include your company name, phone number, purchase order number, and item(s) to be imprinted. Files may be compressed using Stuffit (SIT) or BinHex (HQX).

Camera Ready Artwork: Black & White artwork must be supplied by customer. If camera ready black & white artwork is not provided, factory will charge a minimum of $35.00(V) per color, in addition to set-up charge. Artwork at less than 1,200 dpi is not considered camera-ready. For best results, we recommend sending your art larger than the imprint size.
